In Laymen’s terms it counted mail.yahoo.com and www.yahoo.com as two differing sites.

It appears that some users are reporting Google Video as the main header in Google’s navigation. Google has added Google Video for some time, but never on the main page of the navigation (next to news and image search). Note, not all users are seeing this but it is live.
