EDIT:  A quick IM to Aaron got a super fast response — the site doesn’t have custom Description tags yet, hence what he feels is the issue..

We love Aaron Wall’s Threadwatch

But we are at a loss on exactly why Google is not indexing the site…. well better said saying virtually the entire site is supplemental (when one does a see all the results you get back thousands of pages) however using a basic site:command in Google we are seeing exactly single digits of pages indexed. (Click on the image to see full screen shot).

Threadwatch is a well known industry standard media outlet (it’s frequented by many SEO experts, and also several Google Engineers such as Matt Cutts

So when we see something along these lines it raises questions of course. Of course Google is indexing the pages, it’s just indexing them and saying that they are ‘all the same’
