Article on TechCruch claims that ThinkFree’s products are better than Google’s mostly because of the file size limit on the Google beta product.
We didn’t realize that Google doesn’t have enough disk space 
Seriously the feature in question could be resolved in a short time, a very short time, in short the coding changes needed to push file uploads from the client side to the server side are nothing that Google could not handle in a very short timeframe. We at Yooter InterActive are not Google, but we could think of 1000 ways to get that file intact from the client to the server using an Ajax system or at least a mixture of Ajax and php/mysql.
Great headline, but that is all it is.

I just wanted to make sure people didn’t get the wrong idea about ThinkFree. We never made the claim that our stuff is better than Google. What we have been saying all along is that there are some things we do better and there are some things they do better. We have focused on the office productivity space, developing the highest level of functionality and the best Microsoft Office compatibility available. Google offers project management applications (calendar, email, and chat) that we don’t. It all boils down to what your needs are and which product set best fits those needs.
Yes, Google could handle these issues. But, they have had over a year to work on these things and neither they nor any other AJAX based office application have done so.
Let us launch the new version, and then you can tell us whether you think it is still just about the headline;) By the way, we will be starting a closed beta of our Premium Edition which will allow people to edit and author documents offline as well as synchronize online and offline files and folders.
